As Design Team Lead at ASUS Nordic, I led the team responsible for developing and managing the brand’s visual identity across the Nordic markets.

My responsibilities included concept development, campaigns, and design systems used across both digital and physical channels — from e-commerce and social media to in-store materials and events.

I created scalable and consistent solutions that enabled local markets to communicate within a clear global framework. In parallel, I coached two designers, developed the team’s capabilities, and ensured high quality in everything from color and typography to overarching concepts.

The scope of the role extended across the Nordic region and global campaigns, where I combined strategic thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on design to strengthen the brand and create engaging customer experiences.
